The hotel is clean. The staff are absolutely kind. The breakfast is tasty and wonderful. The outdoor bar is nice. The room is well air-conditioned and well-designed. The bed is comfy. I liked it very much. But when my credit card arrived it didn't work, we tried it many times and nothing.. So I had to leave the cash deposit. I left 200 first and when I didn't go to leave the rest. One day when I came back from the beach my room was blocked Which I don't think. Because if you want to communicate with a guest you leave a message on the answering machine or send a letter that you throw under the door.. Luckily there is a girl named Leydys who is a very empathic love and who tries to help you. She solved the problem for us in no time.. My card worked in all of Miami except here. And I wasn't the only one while I was trying my card there was an Argentinean who had the same problem and a Chilean who had been charged a hundred and so many pains that they didn't know about? The rest is all wonderful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is excellent.
I didn't like the treatment at the front desk. I felt a tremendous distrust. Like they treat you like you're the first one to be swindled. I don't think anyone who doesn't have a working credit card abroad can pay the stay value and leave an extra $700.. I paid in advance for my entire stay with my card without any problems. when my card came back, I didn't stay in a hotel anymore.. I thought it was blocked and I didn't buy in all Miami without problems but when I tried to leave the deposit the hotel refused it.. I did not want to leave all the cash I had and girl who was the manager on top of me did not give me a solution. For example, instead of 700 US, she left 300 and we checked the room in three days and we left the same deposit so we wouldn't leave you without cash. Luckily Ledys, lovely latin girl, showed up. One day we went to the beach and on the way back they had blocked our door because of this same problem. there's you how they treat you like an abuzan of the guest.. Luckily Leydys was very good and understood what was happening to us and fixed our situation. I really thank her for trying to help us. I'M REALLY GRATEFUL TO HER FOR TRYING TO HELP US. WHILE I HAD MY PROBLEM OTHER ARGENTINIANS AND CHILEANS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM

Location, pool area, customer service staff always attentive to solve the problems. In total the experience was not bad, only that you are left with the impression that they are trying to save everything ... and fail in items that should not.
One day they didn't clean our room. We were from 11 am to 4 pm outside the room and it wasn't cleaned. They told us they would come after 6pm and no one came. We had to ask for shampoo almost every day. One day I turn around in the bed trying to sleep and I feel a noise like something broke in the bed (I weigh 78kg) I look underneath and it was a wood that had been crossed over to save on a bed that had already been repaired (photo). The same day they fixed it. One day we went to the beach (they charge 35usd per day for 2 chairs and a towel, obligatory) in the afternoon and there were no clean towels... they were waiting for them to bring clean ones but as there was 1 hr left to close (5pm) they didn't think they would attract them... that happened, we didn't have any towels. That seemed to me inadmissible. There are many similar hotels on par, we will surely choose another one next time.

Had a very good stay in February and the weather was beautiful. We stayed in a single room with made beds and thoroughly enjoyed it.- The hotel's location was convenient and decent, near the beachfront promenade, with great establishments, restaurants, and shops nearby.

- Perverse the mandatory system the hotel has. You are OBLIGED to pay $25 per day for pool and beach services. There is NO option, whether you use the pool and beach or not you have to pay the same. This cost is NOT included in the rate you pay at the time of booking. Beware of surprises. - The beach service only includes lounge chair and towels, if you want Umbrella you have to PAY 20 dollars for the day (no matter if you use it for one hour or from 9 to 16 hs. - Hotel parking is expensive, but it is more convenient than public parking because you can get in and out as many times as you want. Every time you ask for the car it takes 10 or 15 minutes to bring it. - Breakfast is expensive, you should buy what you want to eat on your return in a complete and cheap store (besides being able to buy to take to the beach (the hotel drinks on the beach are very expensive).

The location is unbeatable. Very spacious lobby. Spacious rooms, bathroom with bathtub, but not much storage space. The breakfast buffet is correct. The staff that serves it, very good. Both the beach and pool service is very good.
In a hotel of these characteristics, with the rate that they charge, it is not understandable that they do not make the bed with sheets. Only a winter quilt without sheets. We asked the maid to put a sheet on us, she said she would come by later but none of the nights we stayed, they left us sheets. The maid service would come by every day to make the bed and tidy up the bathroom, even though they didn't always sweep the room. In the kitchen there was a stove, a microwave oven, a fridge, but in the room there were no plates or cutlery. I insist a hotel of these characteristics, can not leave free this type of detail.

Simply stunning and extremely convenient hotel with a beach bar, everything was really good. Had top and convenient location within walking distance of many attractions, close to Skybar. Based not far from the restaurant and restaurants, Lincoln Road, shops.
